This path starts near the refuge Paternò, from there through the magnificent Cubania forest, we will reach the eastern edge of the Ox Valley.
Considered by volcanologists as a special site for the study and knowledge of Etna, its sublime views offer glimpses of the ancient volcanic formations of Rocca Musarra, Capra and Palombe.
Once we reach the Scorsone Mount peak, we will visit its hidden crater. Next, we will cross the dense chestnut groves lapped by the 1979 lava flow, and then complete the loop.
"At the end of a day spent in nature we will definitely be better off".
